CECO Fybroc pumps are non-metallic pumps typically specified for harsh conditions and corrosive environments such as brackish water, desalination, wastewater treatment and are in many of the world’s large commercial aquariums.
The fiberglass components in Fybroc® pumps are produced using a proprietary Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) process that allows for single-piece casing and heavily gusseted suction and discharge flanges. This permits the handling of normal pipe loads under full working pressures and extends the life of the component without degradation in corrosive environments.

CECO Fybroc pumps are non-metallic pumps typically specified for harsh conditions and corrosive environments such as brackish water, desalination, wastewater treatment and are in many of the world’s large commercial aquariums.
The fiberglass components in Fybroc® pumps are produced using a proprietary Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) process that allows for single-piece casing and heavily gusseted suction and discharge flanges. This permits the handling of normal pipe loads under full working pressures and extends the life of the component without degradation in corrosive environments.
Fybroc’s larger pump sizes with potentially high radial loads feature a dual volute casing to dramatically reduce radial loading and increase the life and serviceability of bearings and mechanical seals.
